Our Story

1985

Cladtech Associates was formed by Stephen Green and Peter Plough and they expanded its UK and international activities considerably.

1993

Cladtech were part of the Technical Committee set up to draft and publish the first CWCT Standard for Systemised Building Envelopes.

2005

Cladtech were part of the Technical Committee set up to draft and publish the first version of Chapter 6.9 of the NHBC standard covering Curtain Walling and cladding.

2017

Cladtech Associates became a Limited company with Peter Plough, Simon Armstrong, and Shaun Kelly as Directors.

The company that would become Cladtech Associates was formed by Norman Plough and Russ Buczkowski.

  • 1988

Simon Armstrong joined Cladtech Associates and became a partner in 2000

  • 2003

Shaun Kelly joined Cladtech Associates and became a partner in 2011.

  • 2013

Lawrence Gray joined Cladtech Associates and became a director in 2019.

With a strong order book, Cladtech continue to provide the construction industry with leading façade consultancy services.
